I worked as the director, director of photography and photographer for this project. I also managed the collaboration with legendary vfx company Imaginary Forces whom I awarded the job to. The video shown her was the "Hero" video that played online, social and most importantly was displayed massively in the Oculus at the World Trade Center in N.Y.C. The thumbnail shown above is virtually the same as was ran as a double page spread in the New York Times, Sunday Business edition. Which was a tremendous media buy and on my life long bucket list. In addition, I did multiple other videos for social media channels. To create these pieces I shot in NYC, Chicago and Los Angeles. Using very few people as a team so I could be invisible on the streets. The locations were carefully scouted, chosen and photographed primarily at dusk. This was a key component of a much larger campaign by e.l.f.
